Randolph-Janice Fickett Parkin, 78, of Randolph died after brief illness, January 27th, 2015 in Port Charlotte, Florida. She was born November 24th, 1936 in Steuben, \r\r\nShe married John H. Parkin, Jr, November 3, 1954. \r\r\nShe is survived by her husband John, two sons, Jack Parkin and wife Sharon, of Randolph, Jay Parkin and wife Joanne of West Gardiner, two daughters, \r\r\nJean Parkin-Clunie and husband Robert of Gardiner, June Cumler and companion Scott Dunbar of Manchester, six grandchildren, BJ Parkin and wife Sara, Josh Parkin and companion Jen Bover of Pittston, Katherine Berger and husband Mike of Middletown, CT, Bobby Clunie and companion Sam Musloff of Hallowell, Callie Cumler and companion Ryan Arculeo of Lisbon Falls, Hanna Cumler of Boston, three great grandchildren, Wyatt, Grant and Logan Parkin all of Gardiner, her sister Arlene Benedict of Steuben. \r\r\nJanice was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. \r\r\nServices will be Friday, February 6th at 1 pm at Staples Funeral Home 53 Brunswick Ave Gardiner. A reception will follow the services at the Randolph United Methodist Church 1 Asbury Street Randolph.
