Litchfield-Eldon R. Harvey, 88, a life-long resident of Litchfield, died on October 2, 2014 at his home. He also enjoyed watching the horse pulling, the kiddy tractor pull and the mutton busting. He saw many of you, his friends and neighbors, at the fair and, of course, shared a joke or two with some of you.
