Alvine Gagnon Obituary (1921

Alvine A. Gagnon, 89, formerly of Randolph died unexpectedly Thursday August 26th at the Inland Hospital in Waterville.She was born in Augusta on July 22, 1921 a daughter of Joseph and Roseanna (Berube) Morin.Graduate of Cony High School, Alvine had been employed as a nurse at Gardiner General Hospital for many years. She was predeceased by her father Joseph Morin and her mother Roseanna Berube Cloutier, her husband Raymond Gagnon, her two sisters, Jeannette Morin and Germaine Harvey, her brother Arthur Morin.Alvine is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Mooers and her husband Richard of Brandon, FL, Brenda Buccellato and husband Robert of Augusta, five grandchildren, Rebecca Mooers, Linda Mooers and Jimi Mooers all of Brandon, FL, Ray Buccellato of Augusta and Melanie Meader of Belgrade, six great grandchildren, Stephanie Moore of CA., and Ryan Moore of FL., and Taylor Mooers of Fl., Paige Meader of Belgrade, Emma Buccellato and Charlotte Buccellato both of Augusta, one great great grandchild Belle Rose Metrock of CA., two half sisters, Madeline Kimball of Hallowell and Charlene Constantine of Clearwater, FL., one half brother Raymond Morin of WarrenVisiting hours will be held Monday Aug 30 from 6 to 8pm at Staples Funeral Home 53 Brunswick Ave. Gardiner .Committal services will be held Tuesday Aug. 31st at 10am in the chapel at the Old Maine veterans Memorial Cemetery Civic Center Drive Augusta.
